Die Samo Coffee Roasters sind unsere hauseigene Rösterei hier in Regensburg.
Gemeinsam entwickeln wir die Profile, die perfekt zu Lazy Lads passen: klar, ehrlich und voll Charakter.
Jede Bohne wird in kleinen Chargen geröstet, probiert, angepasst – bis sie genau das liefert, was du bei uns in der Tasse schmeckst.
SELECTING
We choose coffees based on origin, variety, processing and quality — always with a clear flavor goal in mind.
DEVELOPMENT
We fine-tune time, temperature and development to craft the ideal roast profile for filter and espresso.
SAMPLE ROAST
Small test batches help us understand how each coffee behaves and whether it fits our style.
CUPPING
Every roast is tasted, scored and checked for uniformity. Only coffees that pass our standards move forward.
ROASTING
Each roast follows the developed profile and is digitally logged for consistency and future adjustments.
LAZY COFFEE
The final result: the coffee served at Lazy Lads and brewed at home.
